Boat House Remodel – Commencement Bay

This design project was a complete remodel with addition to an existing run down boat house located on the oceanfront near Seattle. The new building design needed to stay within the existing foundation perimeter and had height restrictions. The owner wanted to maximize space within these existing constraints to provide a 3 bedroom home accommodating for them and their guests.
