Cascade Lakefront Addition – Donnelly, Idaho

This project included a mostly detached 3 car garage addition with an apartment above as well as a rear patio addition and interior kitchen remodel to an existing home located on Lake Cascade just outside of Donnelly, Idaho.  The garage addition included three parking spaces with two designed deep enough for boat parking along with a half bath and hallway providing access to the existing home and to the new living area above the garage.  The new living area above includes full kitchen and living as well as two bedrooms and a full bathroom.  A new exterior covered walkway gives visitors access to the main entrance of the existing home or to a separate new entrance to the new garage and living.  Architectural features include matching log beams, columns and accents of the existing home.
