About The Designer
Site specific design, functional space planning, creative building style, climate considerations, strategic structural design and clear communication in her construction documentation along with a passion for architecture define Sarah Whipple’s strategies and strengths in designing custom homes for her customers. Sarah is the owner of Virtual Design Concepts and has owned a construction company with her husband since 2000.
I listen to and work closely with my customers to achieve as many ideals in their future home as possible and strive to create the living spaces and the architectural style they seek. My experience in home design and construction together gives me valuable insight throughout the planning process. I typically stay involved with my customers throughout the construction process providing additional design and layout guidance or technical drawings needed for the project.

Sarah attended Boise State University in the late 90’s in the architecture program and worked for ZGA Architects & Planners during and after her BSU attendance before going out on her own to start a design and building company with her husband.
